Commercial arbitration
Arbitration provides a private process through which parties appoint an independent arbitrator to determine a dispute.
The process can be tailored to the size, complexity and urgency of the matter. Depending on the parties’ agreement, an arbitration may be conducted on documents, through an oral hearing or through a combination of both.
