Our central Hamilton chambers provide a base for representation, conferences and legal services throughout Hamilton and the wider Waikato.
Auckland
Members of 109 Chambers also accept instructions in Auckland. This includes criminal defence work, court appearances, conferences and related legal services, depending on the individual barrister and the nature of the matter. Kaleb Whyte, Ted Walsh and Melissa James regularly undertake Auckland-based criminal defence work where required, alongside their wider practices.
Commercial mediation and arbitration appointments are available in Auckland through Martin Dillon’s independent practice. Preliminary conferences and suitable proceedings may also be conducted online.
New Zealand-wide
Selected services are available throughout New Zealand. Criminal defence, commercial mediation, arbitration, criminal defence and suitable conferences may be conducted online, in person or through a hybrid process. Martin Dillon accepts appointments as an arbitrator or mediator, whereas Kaleb Whyte, Ted Walsh and Melissa James also accept instructions on a New Zealand-wide basis in criminal defence matters.
