Martin Dillon accepts appointments as a commercial mediator and arbitrator for disputes involving Auckland parties, businesses and counsel.
Martin is based at 109 Chambers in Hamilton. He does not maintain an Auckland office, but is available to travel to Auckland for in-person mediations, hearings and conferences by arrangement.
Online, in-person and hybrid processes
Preliminary conferences and suitable proceedings may be conducted online, reducing travel and making it easier to coordinate parties, counsel, experts and decision-makers.
Where an in-person process is preferable, an Auckland venue can be arranged by the parties or agreed as part of the appointment process.
